Your Grammar Reference Guide
Support your language journey
There are two main ways to use this book:
ONE: as your primary grammar textbook.
TWO: as a grammar reference guide.
This book is perfect for beginners who are just getting started in their Korean language journey.

Grammar Foundations
Grammar and vocabulary are the two key foundations of any language.
This book introduces you to Korean grammar & vocabulary in a gradual way with succinct English explanations to help your understanding.
English Focus
This book is written by people with an English-speaking background, for people with an English-speaking background.
Because we are Korean learners ourselves, we are able to answer questions like:
"What does this grammar mean?"
"How is it used?"
"How is it different from this other grammar form?"
"How is it different from the English equivalent?"

You're not native speakers?
No, we are not.
But the two authors (Katarina and Chelsea) have eighteen years of Korean learning experience between them. Chelsea is also the first non-native speaker hired by the Houston Korean Education Center to teach Korean.
This book was also proof-read by a real native Korean teacher before publishing.
Out of the multitude of great textbooks available, we believe that what makes this one special is the learner's perspective from people who have been in the same place you are now.
Is This Book All I'll Ever need?
When learning anything, it's always good to learn from more than one resource.
This is probably not the only Korean book you will buy in your Korean language journey.
It might not even be the only Korean grammar book you buy.
But this book is a great starting point for beginners who wish to learn Korean.
